BEC are working in Partnership with ST.MARY BREDIN CHURCH & PURCELL MILLER TRITTON with project management being provided from both parties.

The Works are a new extension to the existing Church consisting of; Piling, complete with reinforced Concrete foundations; with brick/block work and a Pre cast first floor,a Steel Frame to support the existing church walls, broken out to form $ no Bi-fold doors to open the Church into one area for functions. A Single Ply Roof and Electronically operated sliding entrance doors. 
The existing church was refurbished completely, with new underfloor heating installed, a mezzanine floor, a new disabled platform lift, new vaulted ceiling, stage lighting and acoustics installed.

The project was completed on time and to the Clients Budget

The works are- the construction of four teaching rooms, five seminar rooms, social and meeting areas, and ancillary accommodation. Traditional Foundations, with a Beam and block floor, facing brickwork, PCC first Floor, TJI roof joists, with Profiled Metal Roof deck.
Internally, new lift, Classrooms fitted with folding partitions, and new café.

External retaining walls, paving, and fire escape complete the project.

The project was completed on time and to the Clients Budget

The works are-forming a circular steel frame to form a mezzanine with two staircase access each side for access to the new beauty section. Installing a platform lift; Altering the existing entrance to create a new reception and waiting rooms. New toilets have been provided, and the ground floor will provide state of the art hairdressing facilities.

A Design and Build project, which consisted of the Demolition of the existing Teaching Block, new foundations, including reinforced ground beams over existing Air Raid Shelters.
PCC first floors, load bearing brick, and block-work with external Trespa Rain Cladding, with trussed roof, and Clay Roof tiling. New external, Aluminium windows and doors.

Internally, new suspended ceilings, passenger lift, and data to all rooms, were provided.

New ground floor extension and hall refurbishment. The project consists of, traditional foundations; with brick/block work substructure and a Beam & Block Floor, External facing brickwork walls, with Aluminium Windows and Doors and a new Alwitra Flat roof, and a Green roof over this.

Internally Plastering to Partitions and new Finishes, with a refurbishment to the existing Youth Club hall, and adaptations to the existing M & E scheme.

Externally, works to the Car Park and New Retaining walls.

The scheme has a number of Environmental requirements which have been carefully worked into the project, such as a green roof and sky lights, a Rain Water Harvester, and Eco Boiler.
