This project consisted of 6 new build consulting rooms and a total refurbishment to the existing surgery, with a project value of £380k and working alongside Duncan and Graham.
This project was a Traditionally constructed Facing Brick Extension, Eco Joist roof, Single Ply Roof Finish, with Wood Effect UPVC windows.
Internally 6 No treatment and consulting rooms, the existing Surgery refurbished with new Reception, front entrance, and extensive external works Foundations and oversight.
This project took place in an active surgery with patients and staff, so we ensured to work in a manner that didn’t disrupt the day to day running of a busy GP practice, the project was handed over on time and within the clients strict budgets.
Through a 3 phase build programme, BEC worked consistently to a high standard and the project ran on time with little or no disruption to the running of the surgery which enabled the practice to continue to remain open during the work and see patients.
All of the construction staff have been polite and courteous at all times to both surgery staff and patients throughout the building work. Trades involved have included construction, decorating , carpentry, plastering, electrical and telecommunication teams and we have been impressed with the all.
The work has been finished within budget and the partners of the surgery have no hesitation in recommending their services to any medical practice or similar organisation embarking on a new build or refurbishment programme.
