BEC Constructon

We completed a Design and Build 15 bedroom care home for the Royal British Legion Village. It was a traditional build , with piled foundations, precast concrete ground and first floor with low bearing masonry to the ground floor, The first floor is a timber frame structure, the building will have a single ply roof, velfac composite aluminium windows and doors, the internal finishes will be to match client requirements, and externally there is a new car park and hard and soft landscaping.

This care facility was built to the highest specification to ensure they are able to provide the highest quality of care to the residents, providing spacious private rooms with modern en-suite facilities and flexible living spaces where residents can meet and socialise with each other, a new modern dining facility, and new staff areas and kitchens.

The care facility was officially opened by Her Majesty The Queen in 2019 and our managing director Rob had the highest honour of Meeting her.

We worked alongside OSG Architecture on this project and it had the project value of £2.2 Million.
