We have worked alongside Maidstone Grammar School for 13 years and handed 9 Completed project’s to date and our 10th project is currently live on site.
Completed projects include a multiphase Sports Pavilion and changing rooms, including a new fire access road, 4 new teaching blocks, providing updated teaching facilities for IT, Art, Science, Maths and Performing Arts.
Over the years we have built a successful ongoing working relationship with the same design team and school representatives.

2009
We constructed a New Applied learning centre with the value of £600k which consisted of the Demolition of the existing Teaching Block, new foundations, including reinforced ground beams over existing Air Raid Shelters.
PCC first floors, load bearing brick, and block-work with external Trespa Rain Cladding, with trussed roof, and Clay Roof tiling. New external, Aluminium windows and doors. Internally, new suspended ceilings, passenger lift, and data to all rooms, were provided.
2010
We constructed a new Purpose built Food Technology Block and Sixth Form centre with the value of £650k consisting of traditional foundations facing brick walls with Trespa rain screen cladding to the first floor, handmade tiled roof.
Internally includes full food technology fit out and teaching area including interactive work boards, and a new sixth form area, with a fitted out Café, and disabled lift.
Externally a new access road to be installed and associated external works and Car Parking.
2015
In 2015 we made some alterations and refurbished an existing sports hall, this consisted of re-cladding, updating the roofing system and internal refurbishment and re-decoration.
2017
In 2017 we started on phase 1 of a 2 phase scheme. Phase ones value was £2.9 Million and consisted of the demolition of the existing Music and Performing Arts block and construction of a new one in its footprint. It was a traditional build, comprising of a beam and block floor and brickwork façade. The new facility provides state of the art music classrooms, drama and performance spaces as well as sound-proof practice rooms.
2018
In 2018 we started on phase 2 of this Scheme with the value of with the value of £3.8 Million which consisted of the construction of a new build two storey Science and computing block with minor external works, below ground drainage and new incoming services.
This build was carried out on a live school site, with events being held each of which had to be carefully considered whilst planning the site layout and at every stage of the build.
We worked very closely with the school to ensure minimal disruption to the day to day operations and planned events.
In the same year we also completed the construction of a new build single storey sports changing block with minor external works, below ground drainage and new incoming services with the second phase scheduled to start in 2020.
This build was carried out on a live school site, with events being held each of which had to be carefully considered whilst planning the site layout and at every stage of the build. We worked very closely with the school to ensure minimal disruption to the day to day operations and planned events.
2021
Phase two of this project consisted of the construction of a single storey extension to the existing sports changing block and provided additional teaching space and facilities for the pupils and staff.
This build was carried out on a live school site, with events being held each of which had to be carefully considered whilst planning the site layout and at every stage of the build, we worked very closely with the school to ensure minimal disruption to the day to day operations and planned events.
This scheme had the combined value of £1.9 Million
In 2023 we have started one the South Block and Lecture hall with the project value of £450k. This project is a complete strip out of the existing rooms, followed by enlarging the classrooms , full electrical re-wire, re-plumb and complete re decorations throughout. This will then create two new beautiful spaces for Pupils and Staff. More details to follow on the projects and news page as this progresses.
