‘BEC Completed a £850k extension and renovation project at Hartley care home.

The project went smoothly except some early troubles with winter weather. The project was also on budget apart from changes made by ourselves as the project progressed.

We are very happy with the standards of communication and work carried out and their commitment to the project. Their timelines were accurate and clearly explained during progress meetings, resulting in very few disagreements.

I found the company to be well managed and generally very receptive to changes. Several changes to the scope of works were made towards the end of the job, and these were dealt with efficiently and professionally. There have been many favourable comments about the finished product and minor snagging issues were addressed and rectified quickly. 

The work was completed around a running care home and everything was handled well and we were able to keep staff and residents happy throughout majority of the process.
